Return & Exchange Policy
STRICT POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding returns and exchanges.
1. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO
No unboxing video = No exchange or return. To be eligible for any claim, you must provide a clear, high-resolution unboxing video. The video must:

Start before the outer packaging is opened.

Clearly show the shipping label and the sealed condition of the package.

Be a single, continuous, uncut shot (no edits/pauses).

Clearly show the product being removed and inspected.
2. DAMAGE CLAIMS (2-DAY WINDOW)
If your product is damaged during shipping, we will offer an exchange.

Reporting Window: Damage must be reported within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. Claims made after 2 days will be strictly rejected.

Proof Required: The Mandatory Unboxing Video must clearly show the damage.

Shipping Costs: Only in the case of verified shipping damage will we cover the return shipping charges.
3. SIZE EXCHANGES
Size exchanges are permitted only under the following conditions:

Stock Availability: An exchange is only possible if the alternative size is currently displayed and in stock on the website.

Courier Charges: All shipping and logistics charges for size exchanges are 100% non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags, stickers, and manuals intact.
4. SALE ITEMS (STRICT NO-EXCHANGE)
Items purchased during a Sale or at a Discount are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

This applies to all "Sale" items, even in cases of sizing issues.

Please check the size charts carefully before purchasing discounted products.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE COURIER FEES
Courier and shipping charges are absolutely non-refundable in any case. Whether an order is returned for a size exchange or cancelled after dispatch, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed. The only exception is if a replacement is sent for a verified damaged product.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Pre-Tracking: Full refund if cancelled before the Tracking ID is generated.

Post-Tracking: Once a Tracking ID is created, the order cannot be cancelled as it is already in the hands of the logistics partner.
7. CATEGORIES INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

Custom/Heavy Items: Crash Guards, Saddle Stays, and fabricated parts.

Hygiene/Apparel: T-shirts, Innerwear, Base Layers, and Balaclavas.

Consumables: Oils, Cleaners, Lubricants, and Chemicals.

Electronics: All electronic components.
Shipping Policy : All orders will be delivered within 10 days
How to file a claim:
Raise a ticket on our Contact Page within 2 days of delivery with your Order Number and a link/attachment of your Unboxing Video.
