What is Covered:
- Stitching defects or unraveling
- Premature failure of Velcro, zippers, or closures
- Armor or padding detachment
- Bonding or construction failure due to a manufacturing fault
What is Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to accidents, improper use, or care
- Pulling gloves off from non-designated areas (instead of using the pull tab)
- Touchscreen tip fabric peeling or wearing off
- Fading, discoloration, or abrasion from usage or sun exposure
- Comfort, feel, or sizing issues after usage
- Damage caused by washing, chemical exposure, or heat
- Any modification or alteration made to the product
- Crash damage or cuts
